Duty 

The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable.

What country do you not ship to?

Russia, Spain, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey due to import restriction

Can I track my order?

All orders are sent by tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

What is your Returns Policy?

We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on unopened/unused, faulty goods returned to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. We are only able to accept returns that were purchased on www.thehealingtreeskincare.com. The goods must be in the original package and unused/unopened. *Please note: We do not take returns on our Sacred Skin face cream for hygiene reasons.
